On 02.01.2021 at the department of Pharmacology of SEI “ATSMU” on the topic of “Pandemic as a modern global problem. Coronavirus is the 21^st century plague” was held round table with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Yuldosheva U.P, head of the department of pharmacology, c.m.s., associate professor  Urunova M.V, teachers of the department of Pharmacology Muzafarova M.H, Khodjaeva F.M, Sharopov S.K, Rasulova F.O Nuriddinova S and foreign bachelors students groups 9 and 16.

Assistant of the department, associate professor Sharopov S.K. spoke about the coronavirus pandemic, which has been prevalent in the word for over a year and made important notes on the transmission, prevention, treatment and risk of the disease. |The student from the 16th group Janne Thomas spoke about the ways of infection, symptoms and treatment of the disease and in the next presentation Kartika Sajikumar spoke about spread of the disease in other countries, including India and the development of vaccines which was developed in video form.

In the end, the teachers once again reminded about the observance of personal hygiene. At the end of the meeting, there was a question and answer session between teachers and student.
