Seminar dedicated to Mother’s Day “Idi modaron”
In Tajikistan, this day has traditionally been celebrated as Mother’s Day for more than 10 years and is officially considered a day off. On March 7, the Leader of the Nation - President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, congratulated all women of Tajikistan on the upcoming holiday in “Kokhi Borbad” State Complex.In Tajikistan, March 8 was proclaimed Mother's Day - in order to pay homage to the mother woman, generational educator, youth mentor, and the stable support of the family. Mother’s Day in Tajikistan has been celebrated from 2009 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. “The image of the mother was and remains the epitome of all holy and eternal for our nation for centuries”, repeatedly emphasized E. Rahmon in his speeches.
