Achievement of department (Premium of staff )


Since 2016, the department staff has developed all the necessary documentation for the educational process, prepared lecture material and methodological development of lectures and practical classes. Over 3 years, a monograph has been published, a practical guide for doctors, teaching aids, more than 30 articles and theses have been published. All employees are members of a number of international transplant communities, participate in presentations at international congresses and conferences. The professor of the department is the main freelance specialist of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the work of the Department of Transplantology, employees improved their skills at internships in the Russian Federation, Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey. The staff of our department, under the guidance of Professor Ismoilzod S.S., the head of the department, and with the participation of the department assistants, held workshops on related kidney transplantation in the FMBA of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The normative legal acts on transplantological assistance to the population of the Republic of Tajikistan are: 1. RT Health Code “On transplantation of human organs and tissues” 2. Istanbul Declaration on transplant tourism and organ trafficking (2008). 3. WHO guidelines for human organ transplantation.
The department prepares VI-year students of the Faculty of Medicine for the 126-hour program “Fundamentals of Transplantology and Artificial Organs, and the Principles of Endo-Video Surgical Interventions”. The program outlines: 1. General issues of transplantation of human organs and tissues. The development of organ and tissue transplantation. Fundamentals of the organization of the development of clinical transplantology in the Republic of Tajikistan; 2. Problems of organ donation; Criteria for the biological compatibility of organs and tissues during transplantation (typing), 3. Immunosuppressive therapy. Modern immunosuppressive drugs. 4. History of kidney transplantation. The basics of kidney transplantation. Complications of kidney transplantation. 5. The basics of liver transplantation. Types of liver transplantation. Cadaveric liver transplantation. 6. Infectious complications in recipients of the liver and kidney. The principles of antibacterial and antiviral therapy. Microbiological and virological status of recipients of solid organs. 7. Cellular technologies in regenerative medicine. Problems and prospects of the development of cellular technologies. Bone marrow transplantation. 8. Organizational and methodological foundations of minimally invasive endo-video-surgical operations. Laparoscopic and video-assisted operations in transplantology.
Students participate in theoretical and practical classes, clinical and scientific-practical conferences, independently study the recommended literature, participate in operations on transplantation of vital organs, analysis of clinical cases.
As a result of mastering the program, students receive basic knowledge on clinical transplantology, organizational and legal foundations of organ donation, pay special attention to the study of indications for transplantation, the technique of operations, preparation and management of patients in preoperative and postoperative periods.
