One of the most important political and social problems of the international community is this undesirable phenomenon of international terrorism and extremism, which worries all inhabitants of the planet. It is highly regrettable that the modern world in such a difficult situation has witnessed the destruction of some countries as a result of explosions, massacres and robberies.

The very word "terror" or "terrorism", which is much used in the media today, has a semantic connection with the concepts of murder, terror, horror and terrorizing. This undesirable and frightening phenomenon has a long history and has spread to modern times. As is known, most terrorists in the Muslim East and even in Europe and America abuse the religion of Islam to achieve their nefarious and impure goals, raising the flag of "Islam" under which they allegedly build an "Islamic state", persecuting them, committing murders and horrors. But the same as the Founder of peace and national unity-Leader of the nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan honorable Emomali Rahmon repeatedly emphasizes in his speeches: "A terrorist has no religion, no nation and no homeland". And in fact, there is no religion or sect that terrorizes and kills civilians and innocent children, nor does the national education of any nation encourage such violence.

Conversely, in the religion of Islam, shedding unjust blood is considered one of the greatest sins, and even in Islamic culture, harming all beings is strictly censured. The Prophet of Islam said: "A Muslim is one whose hands and tongue do not harm anyone". So the question arises, do all these massacres that the terrorists of the so-called Islamic State groups against innocent people realize the culture of this religion? And all of them blowing themselves up in the midst of crowds of civilians is proof that this group has been brainwashed by their masters to sink into deep confusion and darkness and become a plaything in the hands of others.

Today, all countries around the world are confronted day in and day out with horrific manifestations of extremism, radicalism and religious-sectarian terrorism along Islamic lines. The people of the entire planet must stop the long arm of this terror and find a solution to this phenomenon. But unfortunately, as we are witnessing the recent situation, the situation is not only not improving, but is becoming more tense on new fronts every day.
