April 26, 2022 has been started scientific and practical conference of young scientists on "Youth Science Days" at SEI "Avicenna State Medical University" which lasts till April 29, 2022. During this event various aspects of medical science including surgery, internal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, dentistry, brain and bone diseases will be discussed. The purpose of this scientific and practical conference is to create favorable conditions for constructive scientific discussions of young scientists, awakening the interest of students and young professionals in research, creating conditions and opportunities for the establishment of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation of young researchers of the university with young scientists of scientific and educational institutions of foreign countries.

The conference has began with a training seminar "How to submit articles to foreign ranking journals: general requirements and recommendations," which has taken place online in the hall of the Rectorate of the University. With a welcoming speech the conference was opened by the Vice-Rector for Science and Publications, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Mukhabbatzoda Jiyonkhon Kurbon noting that this conference is a scientific platform for young researchers. Then, the head of the scientific personnel training department Ali-zadeh Suhrob Gaffarovich acted as the moderator of the event. The purpose of these training seminars is to develop a research hypothesis, choose a research topic, work with literature. A representative of Springer Nature, Irina Alexeevna Aleksandrova, spoke to the online audience of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan and provided detailed information on the development and selection of research topics, how to work with research sites and the literature used. University staff, graduate and undergraduate students actively participated in the training seminar and reinforced their knowledge by asking specific questions. The seminar was very interesting and informative.

Scientific-practical conference "Youth Science Days" which is going to take place from 26th to 29th of April this year at ATSMU, the achievements of students and young domestic and foreign scientists will be demonstrated to the wide circle of participants. Students and young scientists will discuss new issues of medical science and their prospects, achievements in various fields of medicine, modern and innovative technologies in theoretical and practical medicine and application of new scientific achievements in the process of higher medical education. The planned topics will be analyzed and discussed at the following meetings: plenary session, section meetings and topical issues of different directions of medical science.

It should be noted that the realization of such scientific conferences and forums became a tradition at the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Participants of the conference - heads of educational institutions, students and young scientists from the country and abroad appreciated the process of holding conferences and seminars at the university, as well as the topics discussed at them. Carrying out such conferences allows students and young scientists to improve their medical knowledge through the exchange of experience. At the same time, more attention should be paid to research in the field of modern medicine and problem solving.

As the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the country Emomali Rahmon stated in his Message of the year: "In order to improve the establishment of the study of natural, exact and mathematical sciences, as well as to expand technical thinking of the younger generation, 2020-2040 will be declared the "Twenty years of study and development of natural, exact and mathematical sciences and education". The administration of the State Educational institution "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University " is aware of the responsibility to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to improve the level and quality of education in universities of the country. Guided by decisions and orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as decisions of the Academic Council and Rector of the University carries out various activities in the field of education and scientific research.
