Report about the implementation of instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Action Plan of the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Action Plan on the implementation of instructions and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, protocol orders of the meeting of the Government and the meeting of the College of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the direction of the University in 2023.

02. Report of the quality of education in the first half of the 2023-2024 academic year, problems and ways to improve the quality of education in the departments and the university. Status of realization of goals, objectives, action plan of "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Development Strategy until 2025". Academic tasks for the new 2024-2025 academic year.

03. Various problems.
