On March 9, 2025, the Department of Biochemistry held a regular meeting of the Student Scientific Society (SSS), attended by SSS members and faculty from the department. This session also included the participation of students from Group 11 of the Faculty of Dentistry.

The presentations focused on two key topics: liver diseases and thyroid disorders. Saidahmadov Ismat, a second-year student from Group 11, and Nimatov Mansur, a second-year student from the same group in the Faculty of Stomatology, delivered a presentation on the first topic.

The reports addressed relevant and significant issues, were well-structured and informative, and effectively covered the core aspects of the subject matter. The information was visually presented through diagrams and illustrations, enhancing comprehension. The presentations captured the interest of both faculty and students, as they explored liver and thyroid gland disorders, along with the associated physiological and biochemical dysfunctions. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, during which faculty members provided additional insights and comments.
