Proper nutrition is the basis of human health. A person needs food not only to sustain life. Food is necessary for building cellular structures of our organs, for growth, development and performance. In the human body, along with the process of destruction of substances, cells, new ones are formed. The material for the creation of new cells is the food we eat. Food is needed as a constant source of energy and building materials of the body. With food a person must receive all the nutrients in the necessary amount and combination. And the healthier diet you provide yourself, the more rational metabolic processes.

Healthy proper nutrition is one of the main parts of a healthy lifestyle. Unbalanced and poor-quality nutrition depletes the body, which necessarily affects human health. Therefore, our food should contain all those substances that make up our body: proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral salts, and, of course, water. Their intake, expenditure and synthesis must constantly be in balance. By proper nutrition a person can both preserve health and cause irreparable damage to health.

With insufficient nutrition, the body uses up available reserves of nutritional substances, which leads to weakening of the body, the body's inability to resist disease, thinness. On the contrary, excessive intake of calories, which the body does not have time to spend, accumulate in the human body in the form of fat. That in turn leads to obesity and related diseases.

For proper nutrition, it is not only necessary to know in what form, and in what quantity to take food, but it is very important to observe the diet. Meal times should be distributed so that the body receives the necessary nutrition in the hours of greatest stress.

It is well known that improper nutrition causes harm to the body. It is the cause of many diseases and is a very widespread problem in the modern world, and there are many reasons for it, such as the peculiarities of the modern rhythm of life, and psychological features of a person, and the quality of food offered to us, and most people will find their own reasons.

The "discoverers" of fast food very clearly caught the trends of the modern world and probably could not imagine that fast food (in English "fast" - fast, "food" - food) very soon will become places of "pilgrimage" in search of not only saving time, saving money, but also saving on their own health and, worst of all, saving on the health of our children. Fast food is a risk factor for multiple malfunctions in our body. This is the risk of overweight, further obesity, digestive problems, liver strain, pancreas dysfunction, metabolic disorders, possible skin problems.

Medical experts strongly advise replacing this style of malnutrition, snacking, with its healthy congener - grazing (translated from English as the verb "to graze"). Proper nutrition of office workers with the help of grazing is the same "grazing", but harmful snacks should be replaced with healthy foods. For example, the best substitute for seeds and chocolates can be dried fruit: raisins, apricots, dates.   And if we take into account that mental activity requires glucose, dried fruit just can provide it. This will disappear problems with constipation and other disorders of the digestive system. Plus vitamins and minerals that are contained in dried fruits, will help boost immunity, which is important for people who constantly work in closed rooms.
