The future of the nation depends on proper education and upbringing of children. The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in the light of instructions and directives of the Founder of peace and national unity - Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan his Excellency Emomali Rahmon, in order to eliminate social factors of crime in society, improve the education of youth and in a constructive direction has approved a number of important legal and regulatory acts on formation of education and simultaneously protect their rights and freedoms. One such important document is the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children". For this reason parents and their children today must not lose their political intelligence and constantly try to bring up in them a high level of patriotism and patriotism. In implementing the norms of this law, do not be neutral, on the contrary, try to act within its framework, because this law covers all issues of education and upbringing and has become an auxiliary norm for parents in the education and upbringing of children. children. Without education and training, it is impossible to maintain order in society and one cannot confidently hope for a bright future for the state and the nation.

Therefore, March 10^th , 2023 at the medical faculty SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" headed by the dean of the faculty d.m.s., professor M.S. Tabarov, deputy dean Burhonova Z.U. and with the cooperation of the department of human anatomy and Latin terminology with parents of students was organized and held meeting of the Parents Council, to which parents of students living in the subordinate areas of the center were invited as much as possible. More than 60 parents attended the meeting.

In the end parents got acquainted with the course of the students and the conditions provided by the departments of the university. They asked questions about their children's education and talked to the curators of the groups. It was emphasized that there should always be a strong relationship between the university and parents.

The Parents Council meeting was held in the lecture room of the department of Human Anatomy and Latin Terminology. The Council included Vice - Rector of SEI “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” on educational work c.m.s., associate professor Qurbonbekova P.Q., Chairman of the parental council of the university Mirzoev H.M., deputy dean of the Medical Faculty Burkhonova Z.U., the head of educational work of the department and curators of groups.

At the end there was a free talk, and there were many thanks from parents. They expressed gratitude and noted that most students are grateful for the teachers who give them serious attention in their studies. Meaningful study hours are taking place.

Vice - Rector Qurbonbekova P.Q. stated that the university has an Ethics and Communications Commission. It discusses with parents the behavior of students in terms of etiquette, violation of the recommended clothing, inappropriate use of cell phones in the classroom, in the corridors. This Commission will take action against the student's violation of the rules and announce a penalty to the student. Penalties range from a "warning" to a "reprimand" to "expulsion" from the university.

In her speech, deputy dean of the medical faculty Burkhonova Z.U. talked with parents about student attendance, the reasons for closing the student page, non-compliance with internal requirements of the university. During the conversation, the teachers noted that the best conditions for the education and training of students have been created. However, due to lack of experience, students are late for some classes and do not return on time. Because of this, their page will be blocked. Therefore, care must be taken to ensure that students arrive to class on time. This indifference can lead to regret. Teachers pointed out that lecture classes are not rehearsed. Their primary job is to read. It is the duty of parents not to be neutral about their children's future, but to work closely with the university, the faculty, and their teachers.

Among the parents involved were several graduates of the ATSMU. They expressed their joy over these events of the era of Independence, with the support of the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon and promised to cooperate with the Dean's Office and the university in this matter.

A 2015 graduate who came to the Russian Federation addressed his parents and said that he left for the Russian Federation after graduation and continued his postgraduate studies in major cities. Expressing gratitude to the university and the rigorous teachers who are the best in comparison, he noted that students learn all the lessons in time from experienced teachers.
