Together with measures of State and Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and authorized state institutions related to fire safety, labour protection and emergency situations and also at the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University on implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On fire safety" of 20.03.2008, No 363, the implementation of the programme "Trainings for workers and employees of economic objects on civil defense and their actions in emergency situations" of 14.09.2006, No 363. 141 order of the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University "On the organization of training units for civil defense" from 10.02.2023 № 13/1 and in the university are constantly held charitable activities.

It should be noted that the fire safety system is a set of available technical means and human resources, including legal, organizational, economic-social and scientific and technical fire suppression measures. In view of these purposes and in execution of these documents on March 15, 2023 practical training on labor protection, fire safety and emergency situations were carried out in front of the educational building of Shifobakhsh-1 of the University with the participation of employees of economic departments of the main administrative and educational building, the educational building of Shifobakhsh -1 and the educational building of Shifobakhsh - 2. During the training, qualified and experienced specialists taught occupational safety officers, civil defense and other participants the classification, purpose, frequent causes of fires and how to prevent them, fire safety measures and the importance of compliance with the rules of action in emergency situations, as well as the correct methods of using equipment and tools, trained in the first fire extinguisher, gas mask, powder and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. At the training session, each participant was given a gas mask, which they used on their own.

Therefore, having fire safety knowledge and skills in the workplace is useful for the safety of people and the protection of property, as well as for effective law enforcement.
