From November 21 to 26 2022, employees of the department of рropaedeutics of children diseases conducted practical classes at the Practical Skills Training Center of the State Educational Institution "ATSMU" with 3rd year students of the medical and pediatric faculties, as well as 2nd year bachelors. The topics of the classes were devoted to research methods and semiotics of disorders of the cardiovascular system in children. The employees of the Center for Practical Skills showed a video about the technique of subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous injections. Students honed their practical skills on dummies, simulators and mannequins (Harvey, a baby mannequin for neonatal resuscitation, a child simulator for measuring vital signs - Sakamoto, a growth meter), listened to heart sounds in normal and pathological conditions, provided first aid in case of respiratory arrest and hearts, independently carried out anthropometric measurements.
