The education and upbringing of children takes place in close interaction of three social institutions: family, school and society. The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children" was adopted August 2^nd , 2011, which created a real basis for further increasing the responsibility of parents in the upbringing of children. Parents must pay serious attention to the behavior of their children, because education begins in the family, and the behavior and speech of parents should be an example for children. To realize this goal, the role of the family is great, and a healthy and constructive family environment can play a significant role in raising faithful heirs to the Motherland.

The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children" played a key role in raising a conscious generation, reducing juvenile crime and a bright future for children, and created a fertile ground for strengthening the self-awareness and knowledge of adolescents and young people.

The foundation of a healthy society depends first and foremost on a healthy family. After all, the cooperation of the three institutions, family, school and society, will create a harmonious environment for the proper upbringing of adolescents, and in this context the future generation will grow up. During the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in Upbringing and Education of Children" members of society fully understand its essence and show special attention in the direction of education and upbringing of children. The responsibility of parents for upbringing and education of children is specifically stipulated by this Law, which aims to involve as many adolescents as possible in education and to prevent any inappropriate activities. Each parent is responsible for the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Responsibility of Parents in the Education and Upbringing of Children" and should give priority to the education and upbringing of the younger generation.
