FACULTY AND STAFF OF THE UNIVERSITY ARE CURRENTLY UNDERGOING THE ATTESTATION PROCESS

From June 14 to 21, 2025, in accordance with the pertinent directive issued by the University rector, a comprehensive attestation process will be conducted. This initiative aims to assess the professional competence and qualification levels of employees concerning their current positions, evaluate their physical capabilities, consider their age-related factors, and determine the necessity for their professional development.

The attestation will specifically involve those employees who were previously suspended for a period ranging from six months to one year during the last certification cycle. To facilitate this process, an attestation commission has been established, comprising the University's management team, board members, representatives from the employee trade union committee, and heads of key structural divisions.

Employees undergoing the attestation process will be required to complete dictations in both the state language and Russian, followed by a qualification examination. During the examination, candidates will respond to questions designed to assess their professional competencies.

The Director of the Center for Translation of Specialized Literature and Medical Terminology, in collaboration with the Director of the Center for Certification and Accreditation of Teachers, is tasked with organizing and overseeing the dictation sessions in both languages. Additionally, they are responsible for administering the qualification examination at the requisite level of proficiency and compiling a comprehensive report on the outcomes. This report is to be submitted to the Chairman of the Certification Commission.

Members of the Attestation Commission are obligated to ensure the proper organization and execution of the certification process for the faculty, teaching staff, and administrative personnel of the University, in strict adherence to legislative requirements.
