Leader’s Message was delivered to residents and all government bodies, as well as the Message of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, which was received by all listeners with high spirits and sincerity. It should be noted that this message, like every year, was greeted with impatience by the citizens of the country, and it is safe to say that they all looked at it together and analyzed it from their point of view.

Indeed, the Message of the Leader of the Nation will be used as a specific program for further development in the activities of all areas to obtain achievements, improve the quality of work and results, as a guide. The great proposals and ideas presented by the head of our state Emomali Rahmon are as follows:

-In the shortest possible time, launch a full-fledged system of digital financial relations;

- Full support for entrepreneurs' initiatives;

- Organization and use of new production enterprises with the introduction of modern energy-efficient technologies;

- Reduce the poverty level in the country by 10% in the next seven years;

- Search for additional sources of financing and increase the supply of long-term, affordable and low-interest loans in this area;

- Increasing green energy production, developing a green economy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions;

- In 2025, completion of construction and commissioning of the third unit of the Rogan HPP;

- Creation of a “Green Corridor” equipped with digital technologies;

- In the next three years, repair and commissioning of 40 km of roads with 7 overpasses in the city of Dushanbe;

- Establishment of new educational and preschool institutions and expansion of educational opportunities;

- Creation of new jobs in economic sectors;

- Creation of craft corners in all corners of the country, in all places where domestically produced goods are sold, especially handicrafts;

- Declaration of 2024 as the “Year of Legal Education”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- Creating gardens, planting flowers and seedlings, caring for nature, efficient use of land for the future generation;

- Taking care of parents, always being aware of their condition;

- Increasing the knowledge of girls and not preventing them from receiving education, support from family members;

- In order to improve the level of well-being of the people, increase pensions, increase salaries for employees of all government bodies, including: culture, education, health care, sports, military personnel and the social sphere, as well as scholarships and benefits.

We are fully confident that, according to the great Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon, every resident of the state, regardless of the direction in which he works, will attach serious importance and sincerely implement the following words from the Message as a permanent motto. We also appeal to the people of our dear country and urge each of them to maintain cleanliness, prosperity and cleanliness, starting from every home and cell, so that the entire territory of our dear Motherland is lush and green. As mothers, aunties, and finally teachers, we must do our part to educate girls. We also agree with the words of the Head of State and, in turn, try to be faithful in the performance of our duties and implement all points of the Message and apply them in our work.
