From May 18 to 20, 2023 in Kazan, Russian Federation, within the Kazan Forum - 2023 under the name “Russia - world of Islam” “Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in science and higher education” was held. The session was attended by ministers of science and education of member countries, rectors and scientists, including the rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali.

In his speech, professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali proposed the use of artificial intelligence in the learning process, strengthening cooperation between educational institutions through joint programs and plans, integration of education at the level of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and was supported by the speakers of the Forum. At the same time, in the framework of the Forum between the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University and Kazan Federal University, the rectors of the institutions Gulzoda M.Q. and Safin L.R. signed an agreement on cooperation.

Kazan Federal University is considered one of the most prestigious educational institutions of the Russian Federation and supports the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation in medical education and research in accordance with the strategic objectives, improving the level and quality of education and increasing the international position of the university.

It should be noted that Kazan Forum - 2023 “Russia - Islamic world” that brought together over 16,000 representatives from 80 countries took the position of a broad platform for learning, acquaintance, exchange of ideas and the basis for the development of cooperation. Also rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali actively participated in the session on health care and received the results from this international conference.
