HEALTHY LIFESTYLE OF A CHILD

Contents of the report: Basics of proper child care in the first year: Every loving parent wants to see their children healthy and happy! It is important that children live in harmony with themselves, with people, with the world around them! Proper care in the first year of life consists of several components: supporting the daily routine, proper nutrition certainly walks in the fresh air, regular conduct hygiene procedures, massage, gymnastics, psycho-emotional climate in the family, pediatrician observations and patronage, lifestyle and health of parents, home care. Room for newborns and babies up to a year: creating an optimal microclimate in the baby's room is the primary task of parents! The air temperature in the room - 20 - 22 ℃, air humidity 50 - 70%, in the cold season when heating devices work, the air becomes dry: dry skin and mucous membranes, crusts appear in the nose, breathing is difficult, allergic reactions (plant pollen, fungal spores, excrement of dust). That’s why we should humidify the air in the room and conduct wet cleaning. The basics of personal hygiene are laid from birth: daily care, wash the child with warm boiled water, first wipe the face (using special cotton wools), then - the ear lobes. Regular walks in the fresh air: saturate the body with oxygen, necessary for all organs and tissues, under the influence of ultraviolet rays in the skin of the child is formed vitamin D, contributes to the formation of a strong skeleton and the growth of teeth), positively affect the mood, develop cognitive functions, develop motor activity, gradually increase the time of walks in good weather conditions, by four - five months you can spend the whole day in the fresh air, plan walks based on the feeding schedule and solar activity. Optimal time for walking is before 10am and after 6pm!
