EXPANDING THE UNIVERSITY’S INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION WITH HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
As part of the development of international cooperation and the strengthening of academic and scientific ties, Rector of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, Professor Muhiddin Nuriddin Davlatali, together with the accompanying delegation, is on an official working visit to Izhevsk, Russian Federation.
In recent years, cooperation between the University and higher medical and scientific institutions of the Russian Federation has been steadily expanding and covers various areas of education and research, academic exchange, professional development of specialists, as well as medical and clinical cooperation.
Within the framework of this cooperation, additional opportunities are being created for the exchange of experience among faculty members, researchers and students, the strengthening of scientific ties, the implementation of joint initiatives, and the application of advanced practices of medical and educational institutions in both countries.
During the working visit to Izhevsk, the Rector of the University and the accompanying delegation familiarized themselves with the activities of the Izhevsk Medical Academy. During the visit, particular attention was paid to the organization of the educational process, research activities, the training of highly qualified medical professionals, the use of modern teaching and treatment methods, as well as the institution’s experience in integrating science, education and medical practice.
The meetings also addressed prospects for further cooperation between Avicenna Tajik State Medical University and the Izhevsk Medical Academy. Key areas of future cooperation included the development of academic exchange, strengthening scientific ties, organizing joint scientific events, sharing experience among faculty members and specialists, and creating new opportunities for cooperation in education, science and clinical practice.
The visit is of significant importance for strengthening the University’s international relations, familiarizing its representatives with the advanced experience of medical institutions in the Russian Federation, and identifying new areas of mutually beneficial cooperation. It also provides favorable conditions for the further development of the University’s educational, scientific and clinical activities.
