Solving social problems in science area, education and health care has been always at the heart of state and government policy. The Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, excellency Emomali Rahmon stressed in his annual address that during the years of independence the formation of national education and entering the international educational space has become the most important and priority goal of social policy of the state and the government of the country. The head of state notes that education is the foundation of the nation, and taking care of education is an investment in the development of human potential and a prosperous future of the state and the country.

The basis for the evolution of the human mind and society is the reading of a book and the use of its great logic. Reading a book raises the level of human enlightenment and spirituality. "It enriches the reader with knowledge, broadens one's worldview and thinking, directs him to the right path of life," the Leader of the Nation admonishes all strata of society. Attaching great importance to the health of the society and education of the younger generation, the Head of the government ensures a bright future for his country and creates a stable cultural basis for the formation of the younger generation. The contest "The Book is the Shining Dawn of Wisdom..." ("Furugi subhi donoi kitob ast") is held with the aim of attracting the interest of the population to reading books. As the head of state emphasized in his Address, the competitions "Tajikistan - My Favorite Land" ("Toҷikiston - Vatani azizi man") and "The Book - the Shining Dawn of Wisdom..." ("Furughi subhi donoi kitob ast") confirmed a very important point: unique talents are growing among teenagers and young people and we need to support and encourage them in every possible way.

The purpose of these initiatives is to increase the people' level of literacy and, above all, adolescents and young people; to strengthen national pride, patriotism, national consciousness; to honor and study the language, history, ancient Tajik culture; to expand the worldview of the sphere of scientific and technical knowledge and the development of exact and natural sciences in the country.

Through the mind, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan pays special attention to the steady development of education and healthcare, the level and quality of education of schoolchildren and students at all levels of education, and the quality of training of highly qualified personnel. It is worth noting that even in the difficult years of independence, all thoughts of the Leader of the Nation, along with ensuring peace and stability in the country, were focused on solving the problems of education, health and support these important areas of society and the state.

The head of state expressed satisfaction that our young people, as a creative force, actively participate in the important state and public events, makes a worthy contribution to the prosperity and well-being of the country. Young people need to show initiative in constructive actions, timely present their scientific and creative achievements, fight against undesirable phenomena, not to lose political vigilance and always be ready to protect the security of society and the state, respect the history and culture of our people and strive for further prosperity and progress of our beloved Motherland. It is gratifying that despite the changing political and economic situation in the world, our country under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon is steadily moving forward on the path of sustainable economic growth, achieving strategic goals for the sake of decent life of the people.
