Today, November 2^nd , 2022, at the department of educational basics of children's diseases of the ATSMU was conducted an open lesson on "Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan" by the assistants of the department Haydarova O.F. and Ashurova N.P. and with the participation of department staff and students of the medical faculty. During the open class, teachers and students have been provided detailed information on "Democratic essence of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan", "Constitution - the guarantor of the rights and freedom of citizens", "Amendments to the Constitution" and other legal, political, economic, social and cultural aspects. The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted on the basis of a national referendum on November 6, 1994, recognizing the rights and freedoms of all citizens of the country as equal regardless of nationality, race, gender, language, religious belief, political position, social status, education, and property. is guaranteed by the state. The sustainable development of the society, especially the society that is in the stage of development, requires that the norms of the Constitution are constantly improved. Improvement of the norms of the Constitution, in turn, requires improvement of the current legislation. The improvement of both the Constitution and legislation contributes to the development of the political, economic, social and cultural spheres.
