Vice-Rector for science and publications of SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" is constantly striving to improve training of scientific personnel and development of science and research at the university. Thus, on March 4, 2023 a seminar was held with the participation of Vice-Rector on science and publishing, d.m.s., professor Muhabbatzoda J.Q., head of the scientific staff training department, c.m.s., associate professor Alizoda S.G.,specialists of the department and doctoral and postgraduate students.

The seminar discussed the problems of selecting a scientific topic and the process of using it, issues of design and methods of scientific research. It was noted that the design and methods of research constitute the basis of scientific work, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn from the scientific work. Therefore, young medical researchers should pay serious attention to this issue and use modern and accurate methods in their scientific work.

During the seminar there were discussions on the problems of this area of research, and at the end the participants asked many questions and received specific answers to their questions.
