At the department of "Medical and biological physics with the basics of information technology" was held the science week on the theme "Problems and contribution of natural science and mathematics in the progress of medical science" in the framework of the state program "Twenty years preparation and development of natural sciences, precision and mathematics in the field of science and education".

At the conference it was showed that holding of this conference is, first of all, realization and all-round preparation for realization of orders and instructions of the President of the country His excellency Emomali Rahmon concerning the fourth national goal - fast industrialization of the republic and "Twenty years of study and development of natural science, accuracy and mathematics in the sphere of science and education" are aimed at announcement of 2020-2040" and provide additional assistance in solution of the set questions.

At the conference, young scientists of the department and participants made reports on "Problems and contribution of natural science and mathematics to the progress of medical science". The participants expressed their opinions on the presented scientific reports.

The holding of the conference revealed that the level of knowledge of students and other sections of the society has improved significantly compared to previous years. On the other hand, there is a great interest in natural sciences, precision and mathematics.
