Important issues have been considered at a regular meeting of Administration
June 29, under the leadership of rector of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali held a regular meeting of the University Administration, which were discussed several important issues.
During the meeting, head of the Human resources department Safarov B.I. reported on the activities of the department of personnel development and personnel potential in 2022-2023 academic year, reports of the rector’s Service of the university on the state of employment, the results of the orders, instructions and directives of the rector and the decisions of the university Administrations in the second half of 2022-2023 academic year by head of rector’s Service c.m.s., associate professor Nosiri K.N. was heard and on various issues, including:
to conduct retakes of the summer examination session of the academic year 2022-2023 at a high level;
- activation of the analytical and information Group of the University
- cosmetic and major repairs of the dormitories during the summer vacations;
- daily use and weekly Saturdays to keep the facilities adjacent to the University and parks, avenues, streets and alleys clean and tidy;
- working to prepare the design for the new University dormitories as soon as possible;
- recognition of business teachers
and other issues were discussed.
Rector of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University d.m.s., professor Gulzoda Mahmadshoh Qurbonali gave instructions and orders on elimination of some existing shortcomings and finally, after reviewing and considering the agenda, the Board took appropriate decisions on the above-mentioned problems.
