CLEAN – UP DAY WAS CONDUCTED AT THE AVICENNA TAJIK STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
Pollution, deterioration, damage, depletion, destruction and other impacts on the natural environment can also pose a danger to humans. The Republic of Tajikistan is gradually implementing specific measures to protect and purify the environment and nature, to educate citizens in the spirit of protection and respect for nature through educational circles, Shabbaths, special events and other activities. With this purpose, today, 11.03.2023, with the participation of employees of the economic sector, teachers and students of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University educational complex “Shifobakhsh”, educational-research and clinical center "Dentistry", Institute of Fundamental Medicine, diagnostic and treatment center, educational-research and production center "Pharmacy", dormitories and other structural units of the University on the avenues Rudaki, Sino, Ismaili Somoni, Sanoy Street, Samed Gani, Shukufon, Alisher Navoi, located in Ismaili Somoni and Sino areas of Dushanbe city was held on Saturday, the entrance, yard, neighborhoods of administrative and educational buildings, alleys, ditches, corridors adjacent to the University, and the neighborhoods of multi-storey residential buildings of the citizens were cleaned. Also, in light of the initiative to turn the capital city of Dushanbe into a "Flowery City," landscaping and beautification work continues at the university.
It is necessary that everyone in the country contribute to the protection and preservation of the environment and the area, places abundant with flowers, plants, shrubs and trees, which have acquired a beautiful nature and are very useful and favorable for human health. In fact, nature conservation is very beneficial to everyone's health.
The university is constantly engaged in construction and beautification work through group activities and Saturdays, and the staff, teachers and students together make their valuable contribution to the protection of nature, cleanliness and hygiene of the environment, development and prosperity of the capital city of the country - Dushanbe city.
