The department of morphology of CSRL of the ATSMU is provided with the necessary equipment and in this department the work is done in two directions: scientific research and pathological-anatomical diagnostics of patients. This department conducts morphological studies based on the results of scientific research and examinations of postoperative materials of patients referred by the University Medical Diagnostic Center. During the year 2022 there were 499 examinations of post-operative materials of patients and 272 examinations of the results of scientific-research works of the applicants, carrying out their experimental work in the laboratory of the CSRL of the University.
