On September 25, 2024, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan held a conference titled "The Role of Young Doctors in Upholding the Professional Mission" in commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan's independence. The event brought together key figures, including deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection Amirzoda Abdukholiq, deputy Chairman of the Youth Union of Tajikistan Rahimzoda Umed, representatives from the "Union of Doctors of Tajikistan", representatives of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, and the Dushanbe health administration, alongside a large number of young doctors. The conference commenced with the National Anthem, followed by remarks from deputy Minister Amirzoda Abdukholiq on state support for youth.

At the conference c.m.s, associate professor Davronzoda Manuchehr Davronsho, head of the department of otorhinolaryngology delivered a speech on “Educational achievements of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University in the period of Independence”, which was well received by the audience. It was emphasized that the university aspires to become the leading higher educational institution in Central Asia, training highly qualified healthcare professionals through the development of international scientific and innovative foundations while providing quality educational services. Over the past 85 years, the university has garnered significant achievements, a strong reputation, and widespread recognition. Today, the university continues to fulfill numerous critical functions. The cohesive and dedicated team of the Avicenna Tajik State Medical University is fully capable of meeting these challenges with distinction.

At the conclusion of the conference, several young doctors were honored with letters of appreciation from the Ministry and the Union of Doctors of Tajikistan.
