As part of the "Tajik Science Day" celebrations, the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan held the national competitions "Scientist of the Year," "Master of the Year," and "Young Researcher and Inventor." This prestigious scientific event was organized to support and encourage the research activities of young scientists, enhance the status of science in society, and develop the country's intellectual potential.

University representatives actively participated in these competitions and successfully defended the institution's honor. In particular, Firdavs Salimov, a third-year PhD student in the Department of Surgical Diseases No. 2 named after Academician N. U. Usmonov, took first place. Umedjon Khushvakhtov, a third-year PhD student in the Department of Urology named after Professor A. S. Osimi, took second place. Ismoil Ubaidullozoda, a third-year PhD student in the Department of Otolaryngology, took third place. Sh. Z. Solehzoda, a second-year master's student in the Department of Environmental Health, took first place in the "Master of the Year" category.

These significant achievements are clear evidence of the high level of scientific training, continuous research, and round-the-clock work of the university's young researchers and are considered an effective contribution to the development of Russian science.
