TERRORIST AND EXTREMIST ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR DANGER TO THE SECURITY OF COMMUNITIES
The main reason for banning terrorist and extremist organizations is that these organizations serve foreign masters and foreign interests and pose a threat to the security of developing countries.
The system and structure of these organizations, functional centers come from three main sources: Arab states, American and European superpowers, and Afghanistan. Arab countries allocate funds to these organizations, European and American states support them internationally, and their regional plans are implemented in the camps in Afghanistan. Thus, the organizations "Al-Qoida", "Islamic movement of East Turkestan", "Islamic party of Turkestan", "Taliban movement", "Muslim brotherhood", "Lashkar-ut-Toiba", Islamic group "Society-ut-Tablig", missionary religious organization "Community of Propaganda" and "Hizb ut-Tahrir" act only to destabilize the situation in the region.
The Russian Federation has also included some religious organizations in the list of terrorist and extremist organizations. Among others, on the basis of article 24, paragraph 5, of the Russian Federation “On Counter Terrorism” №35-FZ of 6 March 2006, the following organizations are included in the list of terrorist organizations whose activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation:
1. Meeting Council of the Caucasian Mujahideen

Such a step on the part of the Russian government became very urgent, since before that, in 1992-2005, most of the terrorists in that state were operating freely, although the nature of their activities in Central Asian states was considered a crime. Along with this, the UN also regularly published lists of terrorist groups, which made it easier for states to unite on the path of fighting these groups.
It should be noted that the command centers of most of the terrorist organizations represented in these lists are directly entangled in the structures of the Taliban movement. Terrorist movements such as "Islamic movement of East Turkistan", "Islamic movement of Uzbekistan", "PIC", "Salafiya and Jamoat Ansorullah" directly form part of the Taliban's military army.
