On April 24 of the current year in the Surush Palace of Dushanbe city was held the final round of the republican competition "Master of the Year" and "Young Researcher and Inventor" which was dedicated to the Tajik Science day. The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Saidzoda R.H., AMIT President Qobiljon Khushvakhtzoda and other representatives of science and education of the country took part in the awarding ceremony.

Doctoral students of the department of surgical diseases №1 named after Academician Qurbonov K.M. of SEI "Avicenna Tajik State Medical University" Ghaniev Aliyor Eshmurodovich and Ayubov Jamshed Qosimovich took the first place in the above-mentioned competition. The nominees were awarded 1st degree diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and prizes.

On the instructions of the rector of the University, professor Gulzoda M.Q. the winners of this competition will be honored on the eve of the youth week.
