Admission rules for foreign students

DEAR APPLICANTS!

State Educational Institution “Avicenna Tajik State Medical University” has bilateral cooperation agreements with following companies for recruiting students from India and Pakistan.

1.      Limited liability company “ISM Edutech Pvt Ltd”;

2.      Med EduCare Pvt Ltd; 

3.      MBBS Abroad Consultancy Pvt Ltd. 

List of documents for enrollment:

·       High school diploma (with a notarized translation in the Republic of Tajikistan);

·       Copy of international passport (with a notarized translation in the Republic of Tajikistan);

·       Medical certificate (Form 038/u and HIV/AIDS test certificate);

·       Six (6) passport-size photos (3×4 cm);

·       Document folder; 

·       One envelope;

·       Application form (attached as a PDF)

To obtain or extend a visa, the following documents are required:

1) Copy of passport;

2) Two (2) photos (5x6 cm);

3) Two (2) copies of the registration card (Form 16);

4) Certificate of absence of HIV / AIDS;

5) Copy of the student card (in color format) - to extend the visa;

6) Copy of the record book (in color format) - to extend the visa;

7) Copy of the order of enrollment to the university (in color format), and a copy of document of the transfer from course to course;

8) A copy of the agreement between the university and a foreign citizen.
